Business entities and organizations using our Services for commercial purposes must subscribe to an enterprise plan. Individual plans (free, pro, lifetime) are intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to upgrade any account to an appropriate enterprise plan if we determine it is being used for business purposes.

2.4 Referral Program

Briefo may offer a referral program where you can receive benefits for referring new users. Referral benefits may include additional ticker allowances or other rewards. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time. Fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative referrals are prohibited and may result in termination of your account.

All referral rewards are offered at our sole discretion and are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of specific rewards and reserve the right to withhold or modify rewards for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud, technical issues, or changes in our business priorities. Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or other consideration.

3. Privacy & Data Usage

Our privacy policy explains how we treat your personal data and protect your privacy when you use our Services. By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our privacy policy.

To provide our market briefing service, we collect and process information about your stock watchlists, preferences, and usage patterns. We use this information to generate personalized briefings using artificial intelligence, including OpenAI's technology. The content delivered to you is generated based on your specified preferences and watchlists.

4. Your Content

Our Services allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content such as watchlists, preferences, and feedback. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. By submitting content to our Services, you grant Briefo a worldwide license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works, communicate, publish, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content you submit does not violate the rights of others or applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Briefo offers free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with the subscription. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy. Price changes to subscription plans will be notified to you in advance.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing and subscription plans at any time. Changes to pricing will not affect current subscription periods but may apply upon renewal.

Briefo reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or refuse service to any user at our sole discretion. We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your subscription will be cancelled, and we may, at our discretion, provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your current billing period. We are not obligated to maintain or provide access to your data after termination.

In no event shall Briefo's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Briefo, if any, for accessing the Services during the twelve (12) months prior to the cause of action arising or $100.00, whichever is greater.
